This course is designed for faculty members to engage in the process of decolonization. Through self-reflection, exploration of colonial legacies, and practical tools to advance decolonial change, participants will develop a deeper understanding of their roles in dismantling colonial structures within educational and personal contexts. This course provides a pathway of relational accountability with Indigenous people.
